Scottish born, Stephen Lindsay is the founder of the Canada based company Urbanproduct. Established in 2009, the studio maintains a strong environmental focus and produces all products in house and by hand. Dune, one of their recent developments, is a sculptural wall tile available in two sizes and a growing selection of materials including gypsum, wintertone, concrete, and solid north American hardwoods. They are also currently working on a leather version. The tiles may be rotated to create a variety of patterns – all of which pack a serious visual and tactile punch. Wow!
