BITS & BOBS: A Few Pretties From D Files

Today we have a few pretties from D files. Above – the modular Osiris Chandelier made from hand formed brass components by Matthew Fairbank Design.

Perforated Bronze Stool / Table by Kelly Wearstler – an updated take on a classic form. Custom sizes available upon request.

Famed Italian designer Paola Navone plus Crate & Barrel equals some adorable pieces, including this plate from the Mallorca tableware collection.

Also by Paola Navone for Crate & Barrel – the Fish High Back Woven Arm Chair.

NECKLACE N° 1 by the Berlin based design studio, NEW TENDENCY.

Loving these large-scale, neon red baskets by Bend. Available in 18 or 22 inch diameters, they also come in an array of colors including white, gold, and neon yellow.

For the copper fanatics out there we have the CLICK SHELF COPPER by NEW TENDENCY. Loving the streamline design which reveals none of the bolts and notches that so often mar metal shelving.

Introducing the spot on (no pun intended) Contralto Bar & Counter Stool by the Canadian design firm Powell & Bonnell.

The Meta Side Table by NEW TENDENCY.

Depending on the angle of view, this composite of geometric forms toggles between airy, and substantial.

Ending on a whimsical note – the Benben, by the Netherlands based design studio Jacco Maris, laces a series of bead-like shapes to create five modern-day totems. The pendants are available in a series of pastel colors as well as black and white. Accent metal options include brass and high gloss steel.

Until tomorrow…
