The Italian firm, CLS Architetti, is the mastermind behind this luxury runway boutique in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In a city where the heat can be oppressive, the real luxury is cold, and this was the concept behind the store’s design. The large space was built to invoke the feel of an ice filled cavern and comes complete with a mirrored cocoon-like structure meant for VIPs. The cocoon itself is clad in 12,899 individual stainless steel scales. Inside the cocoon is a cozy domed space, covered in 8,949 plaster roses. This is one we’ve been meaning to share for a while!
