Hot off the presses from Jonathan Adler’s Spring 2013 Catalog, I’ve gathered a selection of 7 newly designed favorites for your viewing pleasure. First up (shown above) is possibly my favorite of the bunch, the Maxime Dining Chair. She is sort of a knock out isn’t she?

This handsome Brasilia Triangle Pillow was inspired by “the shapes and colors found in nature,” and while Adler does not mention it, I suspect also by the architecture of Oscar Niemeyer and the city of Brasilia.

The midcentury inspired Rio Pendant is available in brass or nickel.

Brasilia Arthur Pillow – available in natural (shown) and navy.

Maxime Chair In Shearling – the roomier, not to mention fluffier, lounge chair version of the Maxime dining chair shown at top.

“Inspired by Scandinavian modernism (with an Italian flair),” the Ingmar Chair comes complete with a brass frame, sculptural arm rests and luxe shearling-lined cushions. Love it.

Because it is always fun to end on a dramatic note, we close with the new Giant Sputnik Chandelier. Available in nickel or brass, it has all the glitz and sparkle of the original small version – just supersized. To view the full Jonathan Alder Spring 2013 collection, link to the catalog here. Also, if you haven’t seen it yet, I’d be remiss if I didn’t recommend Jonathan Adler’s inspirational video talk, Keep Other People’s Opinions Out of Your Creative Process – it’s worth the 18 minutes.
