To close out the week we have a few kitchens and kitchen details worthy of some attention. I hope you love them. Above – Kitchen by Joseph Dirand featured in AD France. The chairs are Pierre Jeanneret and the bronze Fingi pendant lights are by Eric Schmitt.
“Souvenir of the last century” MMXII Kitchen, 2012 designed by Piergiorgio Robino. This stunner was custom constructed for a collector out of iron, a deconsecrated marble altar, plywood, and a range burner.
This detail shot shows the work of the bespoke joinery company, INTERIOR-iD. Especially loving the wall appliances.
Set in a 100 year old building in downtown NYC, this lofty kitchen, designed by Carrier and Company, was originally part of a printing house. Photo by Peter Margonelli.
Welcome to the kitchen of Michael Leva – designer, author, and current creative consultant to Victoria’s Secret. The island was designed by Jean Nouvel, as was the mirrored light fixture. The remaining features (cabinetry, range hood, and back splash) are stainless steel. Photo by Eric Piasecki via Elle Decor.
Set in an 1801 Georgian residence in Somerset, England, this beauty of a kitchen belongs to renowned designer Ilse Crawford. The room was created in collaboration with the UK-based kitchen specialists at Artichoke.
Until next week!
