Scroll To View

Stephen Downes began his career restoring antique alabaster lamps for clients like Sotheby’s. Six years later, in 1986, he began designing and making his own. As a stone carver, he brings an understanding of the material that most designers lack. His work recently recieved a feature in The New York Times and is currently on exhibit at the Maison Gerard gallery in NYC.
