Feast your eyes on this Paris apartment designed by Karl Fournier and Olivier Marty of the architectural firm Studio Ko. With its timeless feel and golden glow, it looks like something that belongs in an old movie. But then look again and it becomes clear that a young Greta Garbo could never have lounged on this B&B sofa. Similar to the other Paris apartments D has shown (1 and 2), this project first entailed a meticulous restoration of the original marble fireplaces, plaster detailing, and floors. It was only then that the designers moved in the clean-line contemporary furnishings, made rich with textured fabrics and deep colors. So good!
