PARIS BASED…

architect/designer Bruno Moinard has collaborated with the kitchen specialists at Obumex to create a furniture-focused kitchen laced with copper appeal. The bold space epitomizes Moinard’s trademark attention to detail, penchant for elegant geometry, and love of the unexpected.

INTENDED TO… feel more like a custom piece of furniture than an ordinary kitchen, the designer opted for a rich palette of warm copper, dark stone, and brushed wood in both light and dark versions.

WITH PALETTE… in place, Moinard played with light and shadow, balance and asymmetry, to fascinating effect – choreographing wood grains, while playing with striking copper reveals. The sculptural Park Place stools by Yabu Pushelberg and the delicate lattice of copper shelving complete the elevated look with high style and gorgeous copper shine.
