WHEN CHAD DORSEY…

Combining influences from Belgian and Scandinavian design, Dorsey created an airy residence that centers around inviting social spaces and comfortable living quarters.

TO OFFSET…
the solidity of the architecture, Dorsey furnished the residence with minimalistic one-of-a-kind Scandinavian pieces sourced during his travels – bolstering the rooms sense of bespoke quality.
THE ARRAY…
of styles and periods affords the house a warm, lived-in feel, welcoming residents and guests alike. In the kitchen, sparse Scandinavian cabinetry combined with a farmhouse-inspired shelving unit displays an eclectic collection of ceramics and glassware.
UPSTAIRS…
the bedroom was designed with comfort in mind. Oak beams evoke the surrounding woods while the soft, clean lines of the furnishings create a cohesive and usable space.
WITH THE…
welcoming warmth of a rural retreat and the meticulous presentation of an urban abode, this Bluffview home provides a worldly refuge for residents and guests alike.
