This fall season, DPAGES and DSHOP invited our patrons to dress their dining tables in full holiday style and then share photos of it with us. The prize for doing so? A chance to win a $500 DSHOP shopping spree and a holiday feature on DPAGES. While it was a treat to receive your entries and garner a peek into your creative points of view…. picking a winner was no easy task. That said, after some serious deliberation, I’m thrilled to announce this year’s Holiday Table Champion, Elizabeth B. of Westlake, Ohio. Congratulations, Elizabeth!

ELIZABETH’S TAKE – “This holiday tablescape was an exercise in restraint for me. In years past, I’ve favored a darker, earthier color scheme, but following a humorous yet slightly stinging jab from a family member regarding my penchant for brown… I thought this contest the perfect path to redemption (just imagine if I win!). What I have carried over from past holiday tables is a tradition of decorating with actual ingredients from the upcoming meal. This year’s menu will include a stuffed artichoke appetizer and my family’s traditional red pears and cheese for desert. I love the idea of the decor serving as a preview of the meal!”
