Located in the Vega neighborhood in the heart of Stockholm Sweden, lies Lyceum – the culmination of two of Oscar Properties‘ most recent residential conversions. Designed by influential Swedish modernist architect Paul Hedqvist in 1952, the renovated complex originally served as classrooms and laboratories for The Royal Institute of Technology, but today serves host to approximately 70 light and airy apartments. To help residents envision what life might be like in the new Lyceum, brokerage agency Alexander White tapped the styling talents of Annaleena Leino to create a fully outfitted home. Shown here are the results of the collaboration which the designer aptly describes as “a bit dreamy and French”.
FOR OVER…a century, the Vega neighborhood was synonymous with science and education. Today, the area serves as an active hub for parks, shopping, dining and tavern hopping.” |
FOR THOSE…in the market, Lyceum apartments are currently available through Alexander White / Oscar Properties. You may even be able to score it fully furnished as shown here!” |
