Netherlands based designer Lex Pott has teamed up with the luxury kitchen specialists at La Cornue to create one hot piece of functional art. Using La Cornue’s standard Château 150 range as the canvas for his work, Lex accelerated the ravages of time on its brass panels, transforming them one by one into swirling works of oxidized art.

THE DISTINCTIVE… shade of blue was achieved via a great deal of experimentation, and requires the use of a specific oxidation recipe. The results speak for themselves.
