VSHD Design…

a Dubai-based interior architecture firm, completed its first U.S. project in the exclusive residential development within the Four Seasons Resort of Orlando, Florida. The client’s vision was of a luxuriously modern, spacious yet warm and welcoming home for both family and guests.

Completing…

a 22,000 square foot project was no small task. Rania Hamed quickly discovered the complexities of balancing artful design with strict building regulations. Rania was able to merge a traditional yet contemporary Tuscan design with the stylistic requirements characteristic of the neighboring resort.

Paired…

with overhead wooden beams, the modern black and white accents throughout the home bring this architectural marvel to life. With floor-to-ceiling windows, guests are bathed in natural sunlight as they traverse the spacious hallways lined with wicker chairs to an elegant pool overlooking stunning natural beauty.

Floor…

to ceiling windows radiate a contemporary feel that allows for light to flood throughout the house. The combination of traditional and fundamental modern elements allows for the perfect balance of a modern-vintage vibe.

The home’s…

master bedroom is a cocktail of elegance and functionality in its purest form. In contrast with the ornate detailing on the walls and exposed wooden beams, the white façade upholds the ongoing contemporary feel mixed with the client’s vision of the house.

European…

limestone tiles, artistic planters, and lavish sunbeds from Italian design house Gervasoni provide the exterior spaces with an authentic Mediterranean look and feel. The exterior exudes the modern interpretations of style and standard of the Four Season neighborhood without sacrificing the creative interpretations of Hamed’s inspiration.

Overall…

VSHD’s mission in developing their first U.S.-based project was a success. The design details imbued into the elegant transformation of this cutting edge Florida Ranch is a celebration of VSHD’s Design capabilities.
